Admission Process
Our admission process is designed to be simple and straightforward to help you make the move into our home as worry free as possible.
Pre-Admission Assessment
An experienced and qualified member of our team will carry out a detailed telephone assessment.
Placement Agreement
Once all parties have agreed that Cove House is going to be a suitable place for you to receive respite care and we have availability for the dates your require (minimum 3 week stay) we will arrange an 'in person' care needs assessment.
Our assessment criteria will cover a full range of health and social needs to ensure we know as much as possible about each individual so we can build the appropriate support plan, it is important that as much information as possible is provided during this process.
To reserve a room for respite care we will need to take a 30/5 non-refundable deposit.
Moving In Day
Our care team will help to make you as comfortable as possible in your new environment and help you familiarise yourself with the building.
